This Privacy Policy explains how SPMX Mailer ("the app") handles information, including data accessed through Google APIs. The app is a Windows desktop program operated by the person who installs it, to send email from their own Google accounts.
With the operator's explicit consent, the app requests a single Google permission:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send — permission to send email on the operator's behalf.
The app does not read, download, modify, delete, label, or organize any mailbox content, contacts, or other Google data. It has no permission to do so.
The Gmail send permission is used for one purpose only: to deliver the email messages the operator composes in the app, from the operator's own accounts. The app does not use Google data for any other feature.
The app runs entirely on the operator's own computer. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally on that machine and are used only to obtain fresh access tokens for sending. No Google user data is sent to, or stored on, any server operated by us.
We do not sell, rent, or share information obtained through Google APIs with any third party. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Tokens remain on the operator's computer until the operator removes the account from the app or revokes the app's access. The operator can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately invalidates the stored tokens.
The app is not directed to children and is intended for use by its adult operator only.
